Visual Phenomics 5

is a platform for analyzing plant fluorescence images, built on top of ImageJ.

Installation

• Install the latest version of Java.
• Download the latest version of VP.jar, and double-click it
• Some OSX systems may encounter errors using the default java version, in which case you should click here to download and install the appropriate JDK (java developer kit) for your system.
