Using this guide
The example workflows above include sample datasets and scripts. It is recommended that you start by performing workflows manually (using the menus and buttons in the OLIVER user interface). Once you are familiar with the functions available in OLIVER, you may choose to use scripts to conveniently repeat your analysis.
If you haven't already, please read the getting started guide first.

For convenience, the datasets and scripts from these examples can also be downloaded directly from within OLIVER. Click "Scripting", "Online Examples", and "Javascript".
